I am attending and/or participating at The Park Willows facilities and agree that entering and/or participating is entirely at my own risk.

I indemnify The Park Willows, its’ staff, contractors, and directors from instituting any claim against loss or damage of property, personal injury, or death. Additionally, The Park Willows is not responsible for any incidents resulting from the violation of park rules.
