By checking the indemnity box on our website, you electronically sign the waiver on behalf of yourself or any minor under your legal guardianship, agreeing to all park rules and Terms & Conditions.

3. Park Rules & Regulations

3.1 General Conduct
  • All visitors must comply with staff instructions at all times.
  • Riders must respect other participants and use the facilities responsibly.
  • Reckless riding or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated.
  • The Park Willows’ operating hours are subject to weather conditions. For safety reasons, the park will be closed on rainy or wet days.
3.2 Safety Rules
  • No Helmet, No Ride – Helmets are required for all riders.
  • Closed Shoes Only – No flip-flops or sandals allowed.
  • Full Protective Gear Required for Skateboarders & Rollerbladers – Including knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards.
  • Parental or Guardian Supervision Required at All Times for Minors – Parents must remain present while children ride.
  • No Motorized Riding Equipment Allowed – Only bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades are permitted.
  • No Alcohol Allowed on the Premises – The Park Willows is a family-friendly environment.
3.3 Pets Policy
  • Furry friends are welcome! However, they must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • Pets are not allowed on the tracks for safety reasons.
3.4 Tickets & Pricing
  • Tickets can be purchased at the Kiosk.
  • Day Ticket Prices:
    • Kids (12 & under): R75
    • Riders (13+ years): R100
3.5 Season Pass Options
  • Off-Peak Pass (Mon-Fri, excl. public & school holidays): R800
  • 6 Month pass (from the day of purchase untill the same day 6 months later)
    Junior:  R1200 
    Senior:  R2000
  • Season passes are subject to availability and do not grant access on days when The Park Willows is booked for private events or closed for holidays. Closure dates and event bookings will be announced via our social media channels, so season pass holders should check regularly for updates on park availability.
3.6 Venue & Party Hire
  • Two venue options are available:
    • Track Party (No outside food. Order your platter in advance)
    • Braai Party (Self Catering or braai. Braaiers provided. Own wood and utensils)
  • Please note NO OUTSIDE SWEETS, CHIPS, COOLDRINKS or party packs are allowed.  Please support our Kiosk and Plato Coffee.
  • Self-catering and catered options are available.
  • Per child pricing:
    • Under 12 years: R150 (includes pump track ticket & snack pack)
    • 13+ years: R175 (includes pump track ticket & snack pack)
    • Accompanying adults: No charge. Price includes 2 adults per paying child. Additional adults will incur extra charges
  • Optional extras are available for an upgraded experience.
  • Party Bookings & Rain Policy: In the event of rain on the day of a party booking, no refunds will be issued. Instead, The Park Willows will reschedule the booking to a later date, as agreed upon by both the park and the person in charge of the booking.
  • Name your preferred party area (Park Corner, Moerbeiboom or Track View) on your booking form under comments or via our WhatsApp line.  First come first serve.  
3.7 Riding & Equipment Rentals
  • Each rider must have a signed Indemnity Form before riding.
  • Gear rental is available:
    • BMX Mongoose: R250 (2 hours)
    • Medium Bicycle: R200 (2 hours)
    • Balance Bicycle: R150 (2 hours)
    • Helmet: R50 (3 hours)
  • Only approved bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are permitted on the tracks.

Riders should wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Helmets are required (bring your own or rent one).

Can I bring refreshments from home?

Outside food is only allowed for self-catering parties. Otherwise, snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Kiosk.

Is the venue pet-friendly?

Yes! PLATŌ Coffee offers a pet-friendly space where you and your furry friend can relax. However, pets are not allowed on the tracks.

What can I ride on the track?

Our pump tracks are designed for BMX bikes, mountain bikes, scooters, and skateboards. No motorized vehicles are allowed.

What if I forget my gear?

No worries! We offer bicycle and helmet rentals so you can still enjoy the ride.
